If you subscribe to MBD Shift or any other subscription service, the subscription terms, including payment, renewal, and cancellation policies, are governed by the MBD Shift Subscription Policy available on our website.
Payment Terms
Payments for subscription services are processed through third-party payment providers. MBD does not store full card details. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
Advisory Disclaimer
All information and advice provided through our Services are for informational purposes only. MBD does not guarantee specific outcomes or business results. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the past three months.
